Each year, Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) sends people from the United States overseas to carry out assignments alongside more than 55,000 locally hired staff to give lifesaving medical assistance to people who would otherwise be denied access to health care, clean water and shelter.
As core principles inextricably linked to our success, equity, inclusion, and respect of diversity allow us to carry out our social mission and serve our patients. We foster diversity by embracing people of all races, ethnicities, national origins, genders, ages, religions, abilities, sexual orientations, and socioeconomic status.
The MSF-USA International HR Recruitment Strategy reflects our strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion to ensure a highly skilled and culturally responsive workforce.

Unrestricted donations enable MSF to carry out our programs around the world. While we try to honor requests to earmark, should we receive more gifts than we can use for a program, we will reallocate them where the needs are greatest.
